About Coach Victor Morales:
Victor brings an exceptional track record in youth development, program leadership, and team success across multiple competitive platforms. He is currently Director of Coaching with Legends FC Norcal. In 2023/24, he served as Head Coach for the Breakers FC U16 boys MLS NEXT team and assistant coach 2024/25 for U16/U17 MLS Next and Also Head Coach for their MLS NEXT X2 program, helping shape one of the region’s top-performing player development pipelines.
He also recently participated in Mic Football tournament in Spain and able to attend coaching camps at Barcelona FC “La Masía” and Espanyol FC Spanish La liga professional teams as well as collaborations with professional coaches and player from Liga MX and South America.
Before Breakers, Victor was the Head Coach for the U15 boys ECNL team at San Jose Surf and supported both boys and girls teams across the club and in Surf Select programs. He has also coached with top regional clubs including Barcelona Bay Area/Force and Lobitos, where he served as Director.
Outside of club soccer, Victor currently leads the boys varsity team at Andrew P. Hill High School and has previously coached the JV girls teams Andrew Hill for 3 years and also before that at Del Mar High School, showing his dedication to the broader soccer community and athlete development across genders and age groups.
Victor is passionate about creating a positive, competitive, and inclusive environment for players and coaches alike.
